Sesquicentennial Celebration Board Members are proud to invite you to participate in the Town's largest event in over 50 years. In May 2007, the Town of Morehead City will be hosting the 150-year celebration of the Shepard's Point Land Purchase. This Sesquicentennial Celebration will include events throughout the year and a week-long series of promotional events.
